Definition of Arbitration Clause in International Trade
The following is a concept of Arbitration Clause in the context of international trade law, from the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): A contract clause included in may international contracts, stating for example: Both parties, by mutual consent, resolve to refer any dispute to The Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules. The place of arbitration shall be [city and country] and the proceedings shall be carried out in the language. See arbitration} ICC International Chamber of Commerce.
