In this context, Natural Resources means:
substances and the environment that exist in nature regardless of the existence of human kind, and the latter can use it to produce any of the goods; this includes mineral natural resources, soil, flora and fauna, as well as various environmental, climate, landscape, wind, etc.; all the resources are divided into exhaustible and inexhaustible, renewable energy and non-renewable.

In this context, Inexhaustible Resources means: inexhaustible natural resources, lack of which isn't felt neither now and nor in the foreseeable future (e.g., atmospheric air, water, solar energy, energy of winds, etc.). The inexhaustible resources concept is relative since they in qualitative aspect can be exhausted, their suitability can decrease at considerable environmental pollution.
